How can I check my account balance?

To check your current account balance, you can apply the following steps:
 
•    Login to your account at http://www.zonetel.com.sg.
•    On your left hand side, Click on the "Member Summary"
 
If you do not wish to go to our website or do not have access to the Internet, you can call our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system to retrieve your account balance.
 
Simply call Tel: 6835-1511 and follow the voice prompts to enter one of your registered telephone numbers and your 7-digit NRIC/FIN as password.
