How do I update or change overseas number?

ZONE Telecom > Business > ZONE GlobalDial
There are two ways to change your overseas contact number. The first method requires that you must first assign a ‘Home Mobile Number’ to your Call-Me-Back and Dial Forward access numbers in your GlobalDial account. 
 
Option 1:     Via SMS using your “Home Country Mobile Phone Number” 
•    Type the message gdcn<space>overseas number (Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number) eg: If your overseas number is 1 408 1121 4511, the message to send will be gdcn 140811214511 
•    Send SMS to +65 8123 1511 
•    You will receive a confirmation message.

Option 2:     Via SMS using your “Overseas Mobile Phone Number” 
You must first ensure that the password for your Call-Me-Back and Dial Forward access numbers is assigned.
•    Type the message gdcn<space>access number<space>password<space>overseas number (Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number)  eg: If your Call-Me-Back access number is 64512345 and password is abcd and your overseas number is 1 408 1121 4511, please key: gdcn 64512345 abcd 140811214511
•    Send SMS to +65 8123 1511 
•    You will receive a confirmation message.
 
Note: Repeat Step 1 to 3 for your Dial Forward access number.
 
Option 3:    Via ZONE’s Website 
•    Log on to http://www.zonetel.com.sg using your Dial Forward or Call-Me-Back Access Number and Password.
•    Update your overseas number by entering Country Code + Area Code + Telephone Number
