Why can’t I dial 1511 from my fixed line or mobile?

Some of the difficulties you experience in dialing could be due to the following reasons:
 
•    The telephone number you have registered may be incorrect, please check.
•    You may not have updated your new telephone number with us, please check.  
•    There could be some problem (eg. network, reception) at the receiver’s end when call was made.  Please try again later.
•    We are able to support M1, SingTel and StarHub mobile phone subscribers.  However, we understand that some of the mobile service plans restrict access to other IDD services.  You may wish to check their Terms and Conditions or call them for assistance.
